- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days
- Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping is available within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Tracking Your Order
- After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
- Shipping Delays
- While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical factors beyond our control.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order number. We will investigate and assist you with a resolution.
