At Blink International, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth from start to finish. Below are the details of our shipping process.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
    • Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days
  2. Order Processing
    • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  3. Shipping Restrictions
    • Shipping is available within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
    • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  4. Tracking Your Order
    • After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
  5. Shipping Delays
    • While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical factors beyond our control.
  6. Lost or Damaged Packages
    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order number. We will investigate and assist you with a resolution.
