- Warranty Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, the duly completed warranty card must be presented at an Authorized Service Center in the country of purchase. The warranty card is valid only if it includes the Model Number, Date of Purchase, Invoice Number, Customer Name, Barcoded Serial Number, along with the dealer’s signature and official stamp. - Warranty Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for the period specified on the warranty card, starting from the original date of purchase, and covers manufacturing defects only. Any repairs required after the warranty period will be chargeable. - Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage or defects resulting from transportation, water seepage, misuse, abuse, or negligent handling
- Consumable components such as batteries, or any accessories
- Damage caused by alterations, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or opening of the product
- Discoloration of the product
- Fading of printed elements or markings
- Wear and tear of band or strap, glass, and case
- Damage caused by fire, earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters
- Any determination made by Blink International Management regarding violation of warranty terms shall be final and binding
- Product Shipment for Repairs
If the product is sent to an Authorized Service Center for repair, it must be securely packaged and accompanied by the warranty card and or invoice as stated above, along with a written description of the defect. All shipping and transportation charges must be prepaid by the customer. - Data Responsibility Disclaimer
Blink International shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or alteration of data stored in the product during the repair process.
This warranty is valid only through the Authorized Service Center network of Blink International, which may be updated or revised from time to time without prior notice.
