Return & Exchange Policy
Blink International accepts returns only for valid and verifiable issues. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, perceived differences in size, color, or fit, or variations between product images and actual appearance.
- Valid Reasons for Return
- Manufacturing Defect – A defect covered under the brand’s official warranty terms
- Incorrect Item Delivered – An item different from what was originally ordered
- Conditions for Return Approval
- The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
- The product must be unused and in original, brand-new condition
- All original packaging and materials must be intact, including boxes, tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any free gifts
- Items showing signs of wear, scratches, strap use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted
If a free gift was included, it must also be returned. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.

- Provide order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting images or videos if applicable
- Pack the Product
- Ensure the product is securely packed with all original components
- Damage during return transit may void eligibility
- Ship the Product
- Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval
- Shipping costs must be borne by the customer
- The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit
- Inspection & Processing
- Products will be inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days

- A defective product cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty
- The original order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
- An incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your payment provider.
- Replacements (Not Exchanges)
- A verified manufacturing defect and availability of the same model
- An incorrect item delivered and the correct model is in stock
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. This is not an exchange policy, and replacements are not provided for preference-based reasons.
